Empowerment and Management

It should empower the managers in decisions, which could produce excellent results' because they would be self-responsible, to make progress in the desired areas, of acceptance for the consequences, to enhance the quality, to reduce the expenditures. As, it is gaining popularity in enormous companies, because of its fruits. The devolution of power is the cry of age because if we empower our subordinates in their domain to decide, they are owing to take wonderful decisions to overcome the issues and produce the desire results in the organization's interest.

The transfer of power is a hard subject for the leaders, but it could produce the results according to the vision of the leaders, therefore most of the experience leaders exercised it. Transferring of power to his subordinates plays a very vital role to support his leadership as:


1. The empowerment of subordinates enhances the capability of the managers to deal with matters, in responding his subordinates are giving support shoulders him, to do the job efficiently, because they had the firsthand experience, to do it accordingly.

 

 2. This empowerment enhanced worker capability, involvement, commitment, and motivation, it ensures an excellent response to the interest of the organization's achievements concerned.


 3. Sharing of power gives more time to managers, to concentrate on the process concerns, rather than wastage of time on supervision, which would minimize through the empowerment of the subordinates, it leads him free, to do his actual job of conflict resolution.


The leading capacity of the organization is an important process in many organizations, including non-profit NGOs, the corporate sector, Govt entities, because the talented leader leads the organizations to achieve their targets easily, while the organizations had ruined that was having no leadership. I have researched it for several years of my life and conclude that the leaders are the drivers of the organizations, to run it according to its objectives. It is also important to study the organization has earned a reputation in the market, what are the back-head events? that lead it to earn. Most of the organizations showed the outstanding leaders, who cause it to do.


The Trait Model of leadership:


The personal traits of the leaders are importantly playing the role in the organizations, whose taken reputation up to the mark. This is the trait model of leadership, which had revealed by the researchers in the era of the 1930s by the highly sophisticated researchers work, they have done that in hundreds of studies. The traits model separated the personal traits leaders, from ineffective leaders, because of their specific personal capabilities.

The study of effective leadership reveals, some peoples having these traits but failed, while some having not these traits and got success, which diverts the notion of study of the researchers, so they have studied the acts, that differentiate them from the leaders, who had failed that was the behavior of the leaders they have exercised with their subordinates, because their subordinates support the successful leaders, while the intelligent leaders failed because they failed to gain the support, of their subordinates due to their rude behaviors.


The Behavior Model

 

During 1940-1950, the researchers of Ohio State University introduced two basic types of behavior that are being exercised by leaders to influence their subordinates in Germany, the united states, and other countries including:


Consideration and initiation


The leader considered the subordinates to trust, to care and respect them, because if someone respects, trust and care about their lives, the response will be positive, otherwise reverse consequences will wait for them. If someone trusts their subordinates, they will trust him, that he will fight for his wellbeing, that is the way they would support him to gain the organization's goals. When they show their subordinates they trust them, as they care about their lives, and the response of the subordinates will be very positive because they consider him as their leader, to fight for their rights, so they are not letting him in the situations, which could make him weak in his comparison for the achievement of his goal of labor development, so they do more work for him, as he appeared before his boss to get support for his narrative, in the expected interest of the labor, and have high morale to negotiate with his boss, due to their specific struggles in favor of organization. This is the way through which effective leaders got a reputation among the masses of the organization concerned.


INITIATION ON STRUCTURE 

The talented leaders started their work through brainstorming techniques of his subordinates. He also acts as a mentor to guide them on their specific job concerns and also provides them the opportunity to ask questions about the job if they are not clear. These leaders guide their subordinates about the specific objectives, ensure through the outputs in response to the inputs, they are looking busy in counseling sessions of his subordinates; they encourage them, for their enjoyable jobs, in the community's interest and the organization. The leaders involved in all clusters meeting of their specific area and country. They are further motivating their subordinate to act within the rules and regulations adopted by the organization in the community's interest at large. These are the initiative structure model to deal with subordinates.

 

Conclusion:

I conclude that: 

  • The manners play a very enormous role to lead the organization because everyone has their own self-respect, if someone pays them, they will get back high progress along with respect 
  • The consensus type of management is the key to engage the employee with the decision, which attracts towards the objectives and they own it. 
  •  The validity and reliability will be the inside effect of the worker's mode because they act according to orders passed by the leaders having an excellent reputation with their subordinates otherwise the reverse reaction will draw the anti validity and reliability of the objectives. 
  • The effective management sustains the breadwinning of the subordinates on top priority, that lead them to achieve their goals with dedication and devotion resulted from pleasant behaviors.
