 COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE is an ethical process and systematic data collecting and analyzing information about the activities of the competition and general trends of business towards its own business goals. The competitive intelligence in business requires' the excellent information' and based the collected information through intelligence, its ease to design the strategies to defeat at all, which is practicing in Armed forces, to tackle the opposite counterparts of enemies.

Introduction:

As one business entities are collecting the information about the market competitors because they need to know the strengths and weaknesses of the counterparts, which can collect through the deputation of touts in all sort of business premises. As, it is not ethical to collect the information in that way, which is the stealing strategies of the business, and the trend is ongoing to earn the reputation. Because the effective business strategies required so much information can be collected, though it is unethical but the current situations compel the businessman to do, as the one can collect the saturated information about the counterpart competitors, he will design the effective strategies to tackle the issue and uplift the business. 

The competitors always kept the information secret from their employees and just create the result for the organization, sometimes these pieces of information provide the solutions to issue concerned because the competitor finding the gaps inside of the organization through their immediate effective results and all the organizations are busying, to create the alter ways according to the required skill, that can produce through alteration and modification based on illegal information, which can be shortcut strategy, and short-term goals, because the information gathered by this person, that may misguide the planner, because the opposite counterparts may feed the informer and turn the business strategy of the 1st data collector into the opposite direction.

11 years back, a company plea a sou suit in legal court, that his counterpart business competitor had allegedly stolen over 100000 confidential electronic documents, which has most competitive, sensitive information. As the company claimed based on information received by its ex-employees during their stay here in the company, and they have planted by its competitors because as they saturated with business secrets and left the company and joined the said competitor. As this is happening in the enormous companies. The act of its ex-employees is called corporate espionage, theft of business secrets, and showed the unfair competition, which based on computer fraud. Another part of the case behind the scene was looking to hinder the competitors, to gain the benefits of the award which probably a very hard task being given the opportunity to the said competitor.

The competitors, besides the character of the disease, may provide the missing peoples and recitation of the Holy Quran which owe creation the positive compensation.

As, we started our business with a certain quality, and we can alter these situations, very widely over the market. The continuity of the business smoothly run by the appointment of the person belongs to the said act of the employees would again gain the enjoys other businesses, so we need it to punish him for the act he did and also pray the revisit for his re-assessment of a competitor for the award announced by this department on behalf of other partners certain questions are needed to satisfy as:

1. Who are the major competitors’ strengths?

2 who can be a major competitors’ weaknesses?

3. Define the major competitors’ objectives and strategies?

4. How the major competitors are supposed to respond to current economic, social, cultural, environmental, political, governmental, technological, and competitive course of action trends affecting our industry

I have joined a company several days before, as the COVID-19 affect a human being and  we have limited NGO sector, where no one can hydrants, I Am also feeling to adopt the simplest way to deal with them, my friends but failed because of invaluable
