Charismatic Leadership
The leadership owes to take a change in the status quo; we always call them the charismatic leaders. As they have the vision to change the existing situations accordingly. They have been taking excellent steps to beat the status quo. The said vision comprised the way of change, in basic structure, existing adopted culture, strategy, and other important functions. The basic change in the structures, decision making, and other actions may lead to enhance progress in the organization that cause dramatic change. When someone adopted this vision, would lead the competitive advantage for the organization, results in tremendous competition in the market.
The charismatic leaders are very enthusiastic and excited to attain their vision, they always seem to communicate with their followers, but sometimes their communication is diverting towards their colleagues' interest because they have planted in public' their employees' to take the benefits. As one of the assembly members planted his employees on the party designations without the intra-party election and their specific contact detail have shared with party administration, so his employee is giving the pleasant information regarding his boss to party administration. The leaders should generate the software, where the general workers can apply for registration, and the leaders should contact their workers randomly every month. It should constituency base informative system, which provides good governance in internal-party affairs, which will lead to the whole country good-affairs. If a person nominated by a leader, he is becoming the owner of that constituency, which is not favorable, because it loosens the grip of a leader on his followers because of the mistreatment of that elected member.
The charismatic leaders have heartedly feeling for the masses and his followers love him cordially, even they consider them more than their life. The peoples are sacrificing for their charismatic leaders, but the middle-level leaders of the constituencies beat the party position because of their illogical decisions.
Stimulating Subordinates Intellectually
As transformational managers share their information with their subordinates openly, and they are showing themselves's as transparent leaders, and his followers realized it, while the charismatic leaders create that feeling, through un-willingly functional acts, that's their body functions always in the public's interest, or seem in the public interest. The charismatic manager has a clear-cut vision, which based on organizational interest, his act will benefit the organization and his workers.
The charismatic manager sees the issues in the perspective of his vision and also hopes full from his subordinates to do so, therefore they make their subordinates fully aligned with their expectation according to the designed program. The act of these types of managers occurred in robotic manners. The subordinates feel that the problem in arriving will solve by themselves, as a priorly they were considering it, as the management issue and they had no concern with the said problem, all the actors were diverting its responsibility to another one, the people were performing their duties but the problems remain for a long time and become the norm of organization. The early management of the issue is the priority of the charismatic manager, before its multiplication. They seem to solve the problem rather than fighting the problems because time management is the top priority of every manager, having a charismatic style.
The stimulation of the Co-workers is always feeling in the charismatic's management managers that cannot need to observe from other angles because it is the specific characteristics of these types of managers. They stimulated the Co-workers as they work in their jurisdiction.
Engaging in Developmental Consideration
As the managers consider developmental engagement, they always considered the subordinates' welfare as their prime responsibility, because these workers depend on their managers for the salary enhancement and job securities, as the manager talk about the worker's rights, usually, the owners of the business opposes, but the managers are trying to convince them, if the manager succeeded in the said act, his subordinates blindly follow his orders and hundred percent compliance ensures to accomplish the main objective. Then for the said efforts of managers, the Co-workers of the said managers owe to enhance their capabilities, skills and get growth in the capacity to show their progress.
This transformational leadership ensured the benefits to the organization; though these organizations have a solid reputation or not, even these are a tiny organization with a small set up or the vast organization with a well-developed system. Specifically, these managers play a very vital role in the critical period in the organization. This leadership has a very strong, enduring approach to tackle the issues being faced by the concerned organization and he/she has the sustainable effects in the organization for a long time.
The Distinction between Transformational and Transactional Leadership
Usually, transformational leadership is the opposite entity' to the transactional leadership, because of the transactional leaders or managers are using the reinforcement techniques, through a reward and punishment basis, while the transformational leadership comprises the strategy, that leads the workers to do their job excellently, without rewards and punishments' because the love feelings have been developing in the hearts of Co-workers' for their specific leader or manager. The managers who influence their subordinates to achieve goals but not showing the dramatic change are called transactional leaders, while the transformational leadership does results in the said dramatic change.
This is means that the leadership qualities of the transformational leaders are natural and cannot shape, while transactional leaders are managers to do their jobs in certain circumferences.

- The charismatic leaders usually failed because of miss connection with their followers, because they blindly trust their immediate colleagues.
- Charismatic leaders should maintain their coordination with the followers rather than trust in other friends because sometimes the peoples showing their responsiveness for their interest only.
- The organizations should appoint the transformational leadership type managers and take full trust for them if they wanted to develop their organization, otherwise, they will act as transactional leadership style managers, which do not favor the business sustainability.
- The efficient utilization of resources will be possible through a transformational management.
