Emotional Intelligence and Leadership

The research showed that the moods and emotions of the leaders' influenced the behaviors and effectiveness of the subordinates. This was the cause the subordinates are not leaving the jobs and their continuity was subject to the pleasant moods and the behaviors of the bosses. They also showed top-class efficiency, to deal with the customers, which multiply their earning.

Introduction:

The dealing methods of the managers and owners of the business have a tremendous effect on the business efficiency, which could be avail through the good behavior according to the mood of the workers, as the workers are feeling easy with their owners, they owe to do the job according to the expectation of the owners, and they show the effectiveness to attract their customer's attention due to their pleasant behavior, because it's the mirror reflection of owners, that they show that behavior, which was transmitted by their owner. So, it is important for the owners' to show pleasant behavior with their employees, resultantly the behavior of their employees would be better towards their customers.



We also studied this, that the negative behavior of the managers and the owners towards the employees badly affect their progress in business outputs. As we deal with them in respectable manners, they are showing the respectable manners with our customers, if we adopted the rude behavior, they are our employees and they have needed the jobs, which compelled them to show the good behavior with us, but they will treat our customers with the said behavior we have adopted with them. The etiquettes of the owners shifted to their employees, because they have to show it in response, but in downward that lead to the customers.


As we know the customers are our bosses, because they are paying us if they felt the rude behavior, then why? They would join us rather than our competitors, having exemplary behaviors, so the customer flow will be towards our competitors, they will propagate our behavior in entire customers, and our reputation will be badly affected.


Emotional intelligence plays a very vital role in customer enhancement, and humanity needed the human-like emotion towards others. Otherwise, these emotions diverted the masses towards their expectation of pleasant ones, because the customer needs the things but with respectable manners, because the customers spent money to earn respect and honor, which could be available in the market having low categories, poor quality but with respect, the customer will engage there, where the dealing has tremendous.


The quality of the things have a second priority of the customer, but the good dealing and respect is the top priority of the customer always, as a human psyche demanded.


The emotional intelligence raises the vision of the organization, because the friendly suggestions of the customer always going to the peoples, whose welcoming the suggestion, the complaint management of the customers, provide the satisfaction and trust of the customer, otherwise the gaps will enlarge and slowly and gradually cause to become the huge cleavage which cut the market from the business, and masses always move towards rightwards.


The excellent vision of the organization will be acceptable when it is based' on customer satisfaction, otherwise, the excellent wording in the documents can read but cannot enhance the business's needs and development. So, the vision based on customers' needs will multiply the business.


When I was working in CNG equipment suppliers company, the owner had the pleasant behavior with us and all the employees, all of us played our role for the betterment of our organization, even I have to use the taxi for traveling, but I have also used it as my mobile-bed because I was traveling on a large scale, to enhance the business of our said company, even without taking rest on a bed at my room. The record sale has entertained by my company' during my said tenure, for the favor of that CNG company.


Creativity is also increasing, when the pleasant environment has created in an organizational setup. The smiley face of the owner always exerts pressure on employees to show loyalty with the owner, because it is the human nature. The rude behaviors of the owners created wrong proudness, rather than humanity. The proudness of the owners should concentrate on humanity based, otherwise it will become a hurdle for the organizational development.

 

The developmental workers are taking an interest in research and developmental activities when the owners are giving a free-hand to decide for novel ideas, otherwise, research and development would stop, because the invention needed the risk, which could provide an opportunity for modification in existing services, otherwise, the person cannot measure the depth of tube-well without to jump in it. The confidence-building of an organization based on trusted workers dealing with methods of an organization play a tremendous role.

The creativity of an organization always based on emotional intelligence, because of the customer's flow, which could enhance the strategical business, that could be demanded in the organization's interest's sustainable business.


Conclusion:

I am concluding as:

  1. The attitudes have cent percent effects on business, that why the exemplary behaviors favor the organization.
  2. The owners of the organization should have positive and flexible behavior to entertain the smooth running of the business concerned.
  3. The excellent behaviors of managers and owners transmitted to their employees, which will lead to the effects of the business, because the said employees will show the rude behavior with customers, as the owners and managers could not observe in all situations.
  4. Excellent behaviors of the employees pay them back of their excellent reputation in the market as good professionals and contribute to the organization's reputation, so excellent behaviors favor the owners, managers, and all the employees concerned with organizational setup.
