PTI strategies will cause lose again

The local leadership of Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) adopted the set principles of the traditional politics, which was exercised by the traditional politicians, but the current era changed its dynamics, peoples have gained awareness a lot, every worker knows about the political clerics, their personnel activities and also the win-win situations of personnel benefits gains by the local leaders, their relatives, colleague partners in corruption at all.

PTI-STRATEGIES-WILL-CAUSE-LOSE-AGAIN

The strategical decisions could be made after an analysis of each individual village by the party organizers, region, territory, political opponents, their stance, the way of opposition’s targets, need assessment its results and the causes of drawbacks and the gaps being filled or not filled. The strategic analyzer having no knowledge about the gaps, how they can design the strategies to create win-win situations for the next election.

The top leadership should have kept flexibility according to regional norms, psychological thinking of the public, the way of thinking in different situations, as the region, the village showed cent percent results in past but current results throw it on the bottom. The causes of basic failures could not be surfaced with the opinion of the single layperson, even the servant of the specific leader will show it in his personnel favor, while the voters are not servants of that leader, therefore the conflicts arise among the masses. The transparent opinion could be surfaced through one-to-one meetings with the activists.

The social mobilization strategies always depend upon the following general steps to design the strategy, which could be tailormade, because the service structures of the Armed forces adhere the workers with the decisions of the high officials due to their service cadre and phobia of the service removal, while here is the case of political affiliations, which could be based on personnel respect of each individual worker.

  1. Creating a community profile:

The best strategic specialist will design the profile of each village with certain meetings with all individual workers, he can gain the knowledge of general thinking criteria of that community, he can also know about the existing assets, needs of the community, and top priorities of the community.

2.Community survey.

The coordinators or organizers could conduct the survey from certain peoples including the peoples having favor with the party, with local leader, and the opponent masses as well.

3.Creating a working group.

The best strategist long list the peoples, who can be the voters in that community and the influencers, the youth for community mobilization, then short-list the people having working spirit and also having strong daily links with the community because of their specific speciality. These shortlisted people can be part of a working group or local Tanzeem (Community Organization).

4. Working group analysis.

The strategic coordinator should design the strategy to know the spirit of that working group and their working relationship with each other and their production in the net practice of local community meetings with a given certain time frame. The person has speaking power among the peoples and the masses admire his speeches, then he should decide the leadership of that working group.

5. Meeting the working group's needs.

The coordinator should analyze the causes of the failures through individual meetings in the community, these causes can be the needs of that working group and he should address the needs on a priority-based and try to provide the time frame for the resolution of their issues on a logical framework and do it accordingly. He should also notice the differences of group members and should try to minimize it according to their consensus and also take their specific consents to make them agreed points.

6. Prioritization of problems within the coalition.

The local working groups should arrange the meeting in their specific community along with party coordinator and take the consent of the public at large on specific points raised by the working group, if some changes are required, then modify it according to the demonstration of the public. The priority list should be prepared with show hand procedures of the public.

7. Working out an advocacy strategy.

The whole exercise we discussed in earlier lines is the advocacy strategy, but has needed its implementation and maximum participation of peoples can make it successful. For this specific purpose division of responsibilities should be assigned to all active players. The time frame may also to decide with the consensus of all.

8. Developing an action plan.

As we have exercised the activities for the best results in the coming election, so we have gathered consensus of all, then we will develop the action plan. What do whom based on when?

The action plan will show the responsibility of each individual the failure in response or success in response will decide the actual active team for election and the successful player can be a reward for his personnel demands or needs as per his/her personnel capacity, but these rewards should keep silence from others, because if we show to all, it will create more complex issues.

9.    Implement and monitor social mobilization activities.

The implementation period should need to monitor regularly, because the tailor-made activities need to monitor and also need to find out the gaps. The coordinator will remain in touch with the community and adhere to the masses for future long-term requirements of the party for the main objective of the upcoming election.

Political organization is the will-based organization, it is not the force-based organization, and the current strategist organizes the party like to the armed-forces point of view. I strongly recommended it the organization unit must be a single village, not the Village Council. Because the village council has over one village in certain cases, and it will create issues among the villages, as an already exercised by the PTI and results showed its dynamics.

PTI major causes of Flaws:

•     Local leaders made the appointment of their relatives on best positions in Govt Departments

•     Local leaders made appointments of tycoons of the society or their relatives in excellent positions.

•     local leaders Promote the personnel staff officers as coordinators of the workers in constituencies, which could not be the political move at all.

•     Political leaders ignored the party workers from Govt Jobs and appoint the newcomers on deals to join the party and give them the best position in Govt Jobs.

·         Local leaders and their personnel staff officers appointed the business partners on the political designation of the organization, and they also had given the schemes for village development to the said business partners. These partners dragged these schemes to their personnel land, and local leaders have not been charging any legal action for their corruption cases.

   - The representatives of local leaders were supporting the said business partners in their local election of general councilor instead of the genuine old worker, as they have not given party tickets to Local Councilor.

The above-given acts of local leaders created frustration among the genuine workers that lead to the defeat of the Party in the local bodies election.
