The administrators and directors should concentrate on supply chain quality, the organized way of dealing with certain suppliers will lead the organization towards development, otherwise, the said actors will be treaching your business and divert your attention towards the wrong ways. They will try to teach you how to suit their business on your premises. The well-learned businessmen listen to them carefully, then analyze the situations, and also the business strategy of the supply chain players, that entails with the business of the said businessmen.
The lay businessmen consider the supply chain actors as their colleagues, which is not suitable because the earners search the ways to enhance their own business and not owe to eradicate the ways, that are not suitable for the business of the said supply chain actors.
The businessman should know the strategy of the supply chain actors, he should analyze the profits and losses from the said actors and he should adopt the following strategies to control the interference of these supply chain actors as:
1. Educate all employees working in different departments and tell them the miss-treatment will cause the consequences, which could affect the organization and resultantly harmful for the employees.
2. Benchmark: The businessman should know the comparative strategy with the best players in the market.
3. Assessment: He should have the assessment skills to know the gaps persisted in the supply chain players of their organization.
4. Prioritization: The Directors of the organization should set their priorities based on information collected through assessment and show their priorities to all supply chain companies, rather to entertain the priorities and directions of the said Supply chain actors. Otherwise, the supply chain companies will earn more and the said organization will face the losses.
5. Weakest Link: The management of the organization should see the weakest link of a supply chain, and take consideration, why? These companies have no compact relations, rather than the consideration of the strongest link holders supply chain actors with their organization business because the weakest supply chain actors have no opportunity to entertain business due to cartel actors of the said organization's employees. The consideration of the weakest link holders' will peel up the innate miss-dealings, which are not transparent to the management of the organization.
6. Communication with all supply chain actors will peel up the real business earnings, which have looted by the said cartels, so the actual dealings should entertain by the management themselves.
7. Partnership of the business: The management should take partnership with the organizations having transparent dealings with organizations rather than the miss-dealers because the habitual cartel will try again to continue the previous business deals with the new administration.
8. Leadership: The leading person for the dealings with the supply chain should consider as a priority, who has proved himself as a transparent worker.
9. Strengths: The organization should engage the masses as core staff officials, the competencies of the masses will raise up their position and salary package, because the employees have no safety of his job, he will not take a deep interest in the organization development. So, job security should be the top priority of the organization for the sake of organization development.
10. Skill improvement: The organization should adopt the strategies to enhance the skills of the existing staff officials that will pay them back with excellent performance and increase earning of the organization.

The organization should adopt a transparent system to ensure better services, the ill-money will provide you the enormous amounts once, but will destroy your business forever. Less money with quality services will sustain your business and will multiply your earnings forever.
