The history reveals the human being had to travel in search of livelihood or the sources that ensure the livelihood provision. As it is today' the masses traveled to an entire country and aboard as well to ensure the livelihood to their kids. The person cannot survive in the condition when his life has not preserved. 

Introduction:

If we look towards the historical masses, whose travel and got a reputation in history, having struggles to ensure the livelihood provision, sources that can preserve their livelihood and they faced certain hurdle to achieving the targets, but the continues struggle is the main condition to ensure the aim of the work and traveling purpose. 

Historical travelers:

The Vasco da Gama, Christopher Columbus, Ferdinand Magellan, and many others are the historical travelers, who discovered the United States and other territories. To discover the countries was not the aim of their traveling, but they were searching countries, regions, from where they can find out the metals, to use for the purpose to develop their money coins as an alternative source. As their countries had not Gold deposits in enough quantity to cope with the issues, so they had traveled to different regions of the world in search of alternative metal.

The historical traveler had a plan to develop their livelihood through the expansion of their businesses. They owed to solve all these issues faced by him. If original causes can be removed or improved, it can definitely improve the availability of resources.

The second principal cause of traveling of these masses is to find out the material to preserve their food items, which can be utilized' for the allocation of funds decide by the donors.

Linguistic Issues in business:

Some of these historical travelers have issues interacting with the masses, who can manage the overall business of their company. The amount being paid has unnecessary to tackle in a way that leads to the failure of the project assignments. So they have given priorities to learn languages as the basic source of communication, to ensure the purpose of their traveling 

The excellent reputation played a very vital role in the business' because of the mutual trust and its maintenance needed vigilant project Manager, the best observer, a good researcher, and market familiar person, who can ensure the availability of the target task in the manners, if the person having the capability to deal with these circumferences is a most important figure of the organization.

The seller should ensure quality: 

The market analysis would be assets of the community concerned to ensure the need-based selling of the things. The goods available in the market should not be the goal of the marketer, but he should introduce the new varieties to get a reputation and bond with customers. It will also ensure the demands of the market and the specific quantity of customers to ensure the best and large-scale sale.

As the item selected for sale would not be available in the target market, will have raised the demand of the peoples, the competitors will also be less and large-scale business will ensured.

Seasonal and regional analysis:

The businessman should visit the target market to know about the seasonal needs of the goods in the targeted customers, he should also analyze the regional constraints to cope with the situations, because some areas having needed specific in the market, but actually that things have no value according to the season concern or local availability of things in their homes and a large crop of the area, which is not showcasing in the market for sale and people can avail it free of cost from a neighbor, etc.

For this specific purpose the marketer should conduct a specific study and conduct the survey which can include the market survey and interviews of the masses comprising the question regarding the absence of the specific goods, he may also ask about its needs and its alternative to cope the needs.

sometimes, the goods are using by the peoples specific in the special season, that's why the market was not showcasing it.

If the businessman completed the target market survey, assessment, and needs identified for the specific items, then he should analyze the producers' and supplier's market with cost analysis and also ensure the per capita expected income within the limitations of his approved and decided investment.

Human Resource analysis:

 

The businessman should analyze the human resource needs for his business concerned, he should engage the people as per the needs of the business because he needed to minimize the expenses as much possible as in starting, and as the business grows, he can engage more staff as per demands of the business.

Business plan:

The new businessman should prepare his business plan based on information collected considering the above processes, he must define the markets, the item chosen and the causes to choose and also mention the needs of Human resource and cause of their deployment, he should also mention the supplier with reason to select. This eases him to analyze his business in future strategies.
